Standards of Conduct and Integrity

PT Bach Multi Global Tbk has established a Code of Conduct as the primary guideline for conducting its business activities in a professional, responsible manner and in accordance with the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). The Code of Conduct outlines standards of behavior across all aspects of the Company’s operations, including legal compliance, workplace safety, management of conflicts of interest, protection of assets and information, procurement practices, and public information disclosure.

This guideline applies to all employees, management, the Board of Directors, the Board of Commissioners, subsidiaries, and joint ventures under the control of PT Bach Multi Global Tbk. In addition, business partners, vendors, contractors, consultants, and third parties working with or representing the Company are also expected to understand and uphold these principles.

The implementation of the Code of Conduct is monitored periodically through internal evaluations to ensure compliance and alignment with the Company’s ethical standards. The Code is also reviewed regularly to remain relevant to regulatory changes, industry practices, and business developments, thereby supporting the integrity and sustainability of PT Bach Multi Global Tbk.
