Corporate Secretary
In an effort to enhance transparency, service quality, and communication with all stakeholders, PT Bach Multi Global Tbk has appointed a Corporate Secretary who reports directly to the Board of Directors.
The Corporate Secretary plays a strategic role in maintaining relationships with stakeholders and communicating the Company’s activities, particularly in relation to information disclosure, in accordance with Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 concerning Corporate Secretaries of Issuers or Public Companies.
The duties and responsibilities of the Corporate Secretary are as follows:
- Managing and delivering information related to the Company’s activities and business environment to stakeholders, including the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
- Ensuring the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles and compliance with all capital market regulations and the Company Law.
- Organizing the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), meetings of the Board of Directors, and meetings of the Board of Commissioners.
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication between management and stakeholders to uphold the Company’s positive image.
- Managing corporate secretarial functions and facilitating relationships between Management and external stakeholders.
Through this function, PT Bach Multi Global Tbk is committed to continuously strengthening transparency, accountability, and information disclosure in every aspect of corporate management.
